Dear Colleague,

As you may know, effectively in the beginning of this year the European Fusion Education Network FUSENET was launched. FUSENET is a coordination action funded by Euratom, with the aim to strengthen the education on fusion science and technology in Europe. FUSENET has 36 participants: Euratom associations as well as universities.

The FUSENET actions cover e.g. the development of a website that will provide students (and teachers!) transparent access to learning opportunities, the development of a text book on fusion technology,  support for joint educational actions, the development of hands-on educational plasma labs, the development of web-based educational material and more. A FUSENET Association is being created to make FUSENET permanent.

A lot of preparatory work has been carried out, the skeleton of FUSENET has been created. Now we need to put meat on the bones. For that we need information from all institutes with fusion activities. To gather that information we have prepared a questionnaire, which can be filled out on-line on the FUSENET website: http://www.fusenet.eu/?q=node/42

May I ask you to have the questionnaire filled out for your institution?
